These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MaxChat by Agent86Portal™ ("the Service"), operated by Bowler Consulting Inc. dba Delta Solutions International ("we", "us", or "our"), available at agent86portal.com and as a mobile application. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
MaxChat is a personal productivity and team messaging service that lets you manage tasks, reminders, files, and team communications in one place. The Service can send and receive messages via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email in addition to the MaxChat web and mobile apps.
Program name: MaxChat by Agent86Portal
Message types: Reminders, task updates, team notifications, and replies to messages you initiate via SMS.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and reminder settings. You control how often you interact with the Service.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to SMS messages sent and received.
Opt-in: By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS in your account settings you consent to receive SMS messages from MaxChat by Agent86Portal at that number.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Supported carriers: Most US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed. The Service is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must provide an accurate email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered on time. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bowler Consulting Inc. dba Delta Solutions International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
